Of course, whenever Benefit gifts us with a new brow groomer, we get excited. Ever since opening its first brow bars in 2003, the brand has established itself as the UK's number one prestige brow brand. So yeah, we're expecting big things. But this isn't even just any launch. The latest recruit in Beni's brow arsenal is essentially, a multi-hyphenate, combining the best features of Benefit's two top-sellers to create one all-star.
If the name Gimme Brow Volumizing Pencil rings a bell, that's because it merges the Precisely My Brow Pencil (which is the most popular brow product for Benefit and all of the UK) with the iconic Gimme Brow Gel (which comes in at a close second).
How does this work? The hybrid pencil contains both fibres and powder to volumise, fill and define brows. You apply it like you would any other brow pencil and it glides on effortlessly, but alongside outlining your brow shape and sketching in teensy hairs, the fibres also help to thicken the appearance of brows for a fluffy, 360°, 3D, high-def finish.

There's 12 shades to choose from, but I used 4 Warm Deep Brown to fill in my arches. Ignore the fact that I haven't washed my hair in a week and that I suck at grooming my own brows. I have naturally pretty thick and dark brows, but they suffer from some sparse patches and a lack of uniformity. The product itself was easily able to create fullness and definition in one go, plus the waterproof formula stayed put all day.
